On Tuesday, February 25 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. there will be a special event in our church hall at which you can learn how area communities are saving energy and taxpayer dollars to make our towns more liveable, resilient, and affordable. You can also discover how you can improve the quality of your life and save money while reducing your dependence on fossil fuels.
Presenters will include local political leaders and also experts who will explain how to reduce your energy use, energy bills, and use renewable forms of energy to heat and power your home. This event is sponsored by several organizations including New Paltz Climate Action Coalition, New Paltz Climate Smart, Climate Smart Gardiner, Rochester Climate Smart, Marbletown ECC, and Interfaith Earth Action.
