The Knights of Columbus are a worldwide organization of men who live by the principles of charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism. The members of our local council (Cardinal Spellman Council #5800) are very involved in all parts of our parish and also contribute to the local community. The council meets the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 P.M. in the church hall. The assembly (Fourth Degree) meets the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:00 P.M. in the church hall.

The Columbiettes is the women's branch of the Knights of Columbus and are affiliated with the local council. Their purpose is to promote the spiritual, social and charitable welfare of its members; to instill a steadfast conviction relating to the proper place and function of Catholic women in safeguarding the religious, civil and economic rights of all Catholics; and to rely upon the intercession of Mary, our Mother and Model, for guidance in guarding the common good, and to work through her, on loving and aiding all members of the human family and to give assistance to the Knights of Columbus in all their activities upon request.
The Columbiettes are also very active in our parish and you see them everywhere offering whatever they can for the good of the parish and of the local community. They meet the second Wednesday of every month (except in the summer) at 7:00 P.M. in the church hall. For more information, please contact Betty Dubois at [email protected].
